One story.
We've known each other since high school. Best friends — three very different paths, but never out of touch. Mark went into construction, Dirk into sales, Benny into code.
Meistify grew out of that connection. An idea became a product — because Mark kept giving us the kind of feedback you only get when you stand on a building site every day. We want to help people. And make things easier that have been needlessly complicated for far too long.

12 years as a foreman on construction sites. Mark knows how a real day plays out — how a quick check turns into two hours of paperwork, how timesheets end up in van glove compartments, and why Excel on a damp building site isn't a solution.
At Meistify, Mark is the reality check. Every feature passes through him before going live — if Mark says "nobody on a building site is going to use this," we rebuild it. Period.
Dirk

Long years in sales — first in food retail (LEH), then as Key Account in the pharma sector for products that need explanation but aren't prescription-only. Dirk knows how to sell things that take a moment to explain — and how to treat customers who can choose between dozens of suppliers.
At Meistify, Dirk translates between product and market. He helps decide what belongs in which plan, where we're being honest, and where we need to do better. And he keeps us in touch with who we're actually talking to.
Benny

Tech lead at Meistify. Responsible for the app, the architecture, the database, the pipelines — and for keeping the whole stack lean enough that the three of us can run it.
