Three jobs.
One workflow.
Renovation today, big job tomorrow, damage case in between. A painter's workflow that handles all three — without three different tools.
Three jobs,
one workflow behind.
Painter businesses rarely have just one job type. The app has to keep up — otherwise you've got three tools for three jobs, and none of them right.
Renovation
Apartment, bath, kitchen. Private customer, clear rooms, clear schedule. Measurement, material, hours — all on the job.
- Photo + note instead of tape and clipboard
- Hours captured per floor and job
- Invoice with line items per room
Big job
Apartment building, office building, stairwell for a property manager. Multiple crews, multiple weeks, multiple partial invoices.
- Schedule board: who paints where, when
- Down payment, partial and final invoices
- Photo documentation per build phase and item
Damage case
Water damage, fire, mould. Quick appointment, before-and-after photos, report for the insurer — all on the same job.
- Before-and-after photos on the job
- Sign-off protocol with signature
- Material and hours for the insurance file
What you
use today.
Schedule board
Crews assigned across multiple sites. Who paints where today, when the wall is dry — all in one view.
Jobs & rooms
Material, hours and photos captured per room or floor. Line items per surface — wall, ceiling, door frame.
Sign-off protocol
Signed at the customer directly, sent as PDF on the job. Insurance-ready, tax-audit safe.
Photo documentation
Before and after, damage cases, material receipts — straight from the app, sorted by job and room.
E-Invoice
XRechnung and ZUGFeRD natively. Mandatory from 2027 — already a one-click affair for you. KoSIT-validated, tax-audit safe.
Calendar
Appointments, drying breaks, crew dispatch. Weather in view for outdoor work — all visible in one place.
Here we're strong —
here (not yet).
Painter workflows have many specialities — measurement, colour codes, VOB invoicing. We show you openly what you get today and what we deliberately don't have yet. So you can decide for yourself whether we're a fit.

What painter businesses
often ask us.
Direct answers — no phrases, no sales pitch.
Three plans, scaled by team size: Starter (29 €/month, 1 user), Professional (49 €/month, up to 5 users) and Business (89 €/month, up to 15 users). All modules are included in every plan — no per-feature surcharges. You pick the plan by team size; the feature scope stays the same. Prices shown are when paid annually; monthly billing is also available.
Currently with photo + note instead of tape and clipboard: you photograph the wall, take quick notes, everything lands on the job. The m² calculation you do later at the PC or with your usual tool. An automatic m² measurement tool with door / window deductions is on the roadmap — not in the standard yet. We say this openly because half-baked measurement tools cause more harm than good.
Honestly: not yet. A RAL colour code catalogue per job and room as well as VOB/B-compliant invoicing with measurement confirmation are on the roadmap. Today you store colour codes manually as notes on the job, and you build the invoice in the app following VOB structure — but without automatic quantity calculation. That's enough for classic private and renovation jobs; for VOB-mandatory big jobs a parallel tool is still useful.
You create a normal job, take before-and-after photos straight from the app, attach material and hours. At the sign-off protocol the customer signs, instantly as PDF for the insurer. What we don't have yet: special insurance invoice formats (e.g. with a damage-number logic of their own). If your insurer requires a specific format, let us know — we build common needs based on real demand.
5 minutes setup, then you're off. You register, upload your logo, (optionally) import your customer list — and you can create the first job right away. No training, no onboarding session, no consultant contact needed. If you have questions, support is reachable directly. You can test everything for 14 days without a credit card.
