What you
need to know.
These are the questions we get most often about pricing. If yours isn't here, drop us a line.
Direct contactPer business. Starter includes 1 user, Professional 5, Business 15. If your team is bigger, you can add individual extra users in Pro and Business for €7 per month each.
Nothing happens automatically. We don't ask for payment details before you decide. After 14 days you can pick a plan — or simply do nothing and the account expires. No hidden renewal.
Yes. With monthly billing at the end of the month, with annual billing at the end of the term. No minimum term, no 24-month lock-in. If Meistify doesn't convince you, you walk away.
Any time. Upgrades are immediate (the difference is prorated daily), downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You don't lose data, you don't have to set anything up again.
In Professional and Business, every user beyond the plan limit is a flat €7 per month. The Starter plan doesn't allow additional users — once your team grows beyond a sole trader, simply switch to Professional.
In the Business plan you can add as many users as you like — each additional one at €7 per month. For very large teams (around 30+ users) talk to us, we'll put together a volume offer. Email Dirk directly: dirk@meistify.com.
Net prices. Since our customers are businesses and reclaim VAT as input tax anyway, we show the values that matter to you. On the invoice we of course show VAT separately.
