The most frequent questions trade businesses ask us — answered directly, no marketing speak.
Three plans, scaled by team size: Starter (29 €/month, 1 user), Professional (49 €/month, up to 5 users) and Business (89 €/month, up to 15 users). All modules are included in every plan — no per-feature surcharges. You pick the plan by team size; the feature scope stays the same. Prices shown are when paid annually; monthly billing is also available.
5 minutes setup, then you're off. You register, upload your logo, (optionally) import your customer list — and you can create the first job right away. No training, no onboarding session, no consultant contact needed. If you have questions, support is reachable directly. You can test everything for 14 days without a credit card.
Rule of thumb: 1 user → Starter, 2–5 users → Professional, 6–15 users → Business. On Professional and Business, additional users above the plan limit cost 7 €/month. If you're unsure, start with Professional — it covers 80 % of all trade businesses. Plan switches are possible at any time, no contract lock-in.
XRechnung and ZUGFeRD natively — both formats are generated with one click from any standard invoice. KoSIT-validated, which means legally watertight and authority-ready. Mandatory in Germany from 2027, available to you today on the standard plan. Outgoing invoices are sent as e-mail with XML attachment or as ZUGFeRD PDF, both without extra setup.
Yes. Meistify is built GDPR-compliant, all data is hosted in Germany (Frankfurt am Main, Vercel fra1), encrypted in transit and at rest. The data processing agreement (DPA / AVV) is automatically included with the contract. Data export possible at any time, account deletion with full data removal in one click.
