All modules are included in every plan — no per-feature surcharges. You pick the plan by team size; the feature scope stays the same. Prices shown are when paid annually; monthly billing is also available.
You set up the maintenance once as a recurring job — per system, per customer, with an interval (annual, semi-annual, etc.). The schedule board automatically shows which maintenances are due and assigns them to your crews. On site, the technician opens the job, ticks off the checkpoints, has the customer sign, and the service report is sent as PDF to the customer immediately. The invoice can go out the same evening.
Honestly: not yet. Both are on our roadmap, but we don't build things half-heartedly — and compliance topics like F-gas refrigerant log or GEG heating documentation must be 100 % legally watertight, otherwise they're useless. For now, we recommend handling those obligations in parallel with your existing tool. We prioritise our roadmap based on real customer demand. Let us know if this is mandatory for you.
Yes. The mobile app stores everything locally — jobs, system data, photo documentation, service reports. As soon as you have network again, it syncs automatically in the background. You don't have to upload anything manually, remember anything, or check anything. In the basement, in the stairwell, in the garden behind the house — workable everywhere.
