The site is the place, the order is the job. A site (e.g. Wittelsbacher Str. 8) can have multiple orders — plumbing, electrical, heating. Same address, separately dispatchable and invoiceable. For smaller things (Mayer family flat) it's 1:1 — one site, one order. Both work.
Yes, as many as you want. Classic example: developer new-build with five units — you do the bath in unit 1 for the Müllers, the heating in unit 2 for the Schmidts, the electrical in the basement for the developer. Three orders, three customers, one site, one drive.
When you create the site, you type the address — street, number, postcode, city. The address is verified automatically and placed on the map. If it's ambiguous (e.g. Main Street 12 in every other town), the system shows you suggestions to pick from.
Yes. Every site has a directions button — it opens Apple Maps, Google Maps or OpenStreetMap on the phone with the address as the destination. Travel time from your current position is right in the sidebar — no click, no switch.
Yes. Every team member has a my-day view on the phone: today's sites, addresses, directions. Marek wakes up, checks the phone, knows where to go. No more calls from the van, no more WhatsApp ping-pong.
A site can run as long as you like — start and end dates are flexible. You can add orders, close them and add new ones without re-creating the site. Developer new-build over six months? One site, any number of orders.
