Three pillars

Done with tool-hopping.
All on the order.

01
WHAT

All on one page.

Customer, address, dates, team, hours, materials, photos, notes, sign-off, invoice. Six sections, one order page. You click in and see everything.

02
WHY

Marek and Petra in sync.

Marek logs hours on site, Petra sees it in the office the moment it updates. Whoever asks where we stand — gets an answer, not a phone marathon.

03
HOW

One click opens the job.

Order list, search, click. Done. No tab tangle, no jumping between Excel, Outlook and the phone gallery. The order is the workplace.

How it looks

Six sections.
One truth.

Watch the order flow: Marek logs hours, sign-off happens, status flips to completed, invoice is ready — all on one page, in real time.

What's inside

Seven things that
make the order the workplace.

Order management used to mean: Excel, Outlook, timesheets, materials list, invoice in Word, photo gallery. Today: open the order, all in.

All on one page

Customer, address, hours, materials, dates, sign-off, invoice — one page, six sections, no back and forth.

Status lifecycle

Request → Planned → In progress → Completed → Paid. Status flips automatically, no chasing.

Linked to everything

Scheduling, time tracking, sign-off, invoice — everything flows into the order automatically. One source, six updates.

Photo log on the order

Before–after, defects, materials, wall sketch — all directly on the order. The phone gallery is just a phone gallery again.

Notes & documents

Contracts, customer emails, plans, measurement sketches — drag and drop. All on the order, all searchable.

Marek & Petra in sync

Mobile update on site lands in the office instantly. No WhatsApp ping-pong, no forgotten spreadsheet rows.

Included in every plan

Starter, Professional, Business — orders everywhere. Also in Starter from 29 €/month. No order limit, no module packages.

Questions

What tradespeople
ask about orders.

One page with six sections: customer, dates, hours, materials, sign-off and invoice. Plus optional photos, notes and documents. All sections are linked with the other modules — dates come from scheduling, hours from time tracking. You never type anything twice.

Planned, In progress, Completed, Cancelled. As soon as hours are logged, the status flips to In progress. After sign-off, automatically to Completed. You don't change any status manually — the system does it along the workflow.

Yes. In scheduling you assign the order to multiple people — each logs hours separately in time tracking, all land on the same order. In the order you then see: who worked when, how many hours, who was responsible for which part.

From time tracking. Marek starts the stopwatch for order A-047 on site, at the end of the day he hits stop. Hours land in the order automatically — break-adjusted, with activity, with date. The hours section in the order updates live.

Status flips to Completed, the invoice section is marked Ready — all data is there, you just create the invoice and hit send. The invoice itself lives in the invoices module but stays linked to the order.

Yes. Marek shoots photos directly from the app — they land on the order, with date and uploader. Documents (contracts, customer emails, measurement sketches, plans) you drag and drop in. All searchable, all linked to the order.

You add material items directly on the order — either from inventory (with stock deduction) or as an external purchase position (with supplier receipt). Both land in the materials section, both flow into the invoice automatically. The section shows total value plus the latest addition.
