Yes. Federal public holidays are built in — New Year, Good Friday, Easter Monday, May Day, Ascension Day, Whit Monday, German Unity Day, Christmas. Anyone scheduling on a holiday gets a warning. Regional holidays (Reformation Day, All Saints, Corpus Christi) can be enabled per state.
