Overview
Every quote can be downloaded as a PDF. The PDF includes your company logo, all items with prices and the customer's contact details.
Downloading a PDF
- Open the quote via Quotes → click on the entry
- Click the PDF button in the action bar
- The PDF is generated and downloaded automatically
The PDF includes:
- Your company logo and company details
- Quote number and date
- Customer details (name, address)
- All items with description, quantity, unit price and total
- Net, VAT and gross amount
- Optional introduction text and closing remarks
Your company logo is automatically pulled from the company settings. Check under Settings → My company that your logo is uploaded.
Sending a quote by email
- Open the quote
- Click Send
- Meistify creates the PDF and sends it to the customer's email address
- The quote status changes automatically to Sent
The email is sent from your configured email address in Meistify. The customer receives a professional email with the PDF attached.
