Overview

The dashboard is your landing page after login. It gives you an at-a-glance view of what's happening in your business – open orders, outstanding invoices, tracked hours and active employees.

Depending on your role, you'll see different content. Journeymen only see their own orders and time entries, while admins and masters have a full overview.

KPI cards

At the top you'll find four key metrics:

  1. Open orders – Number of orders currently in progress or planned
  2. Outstanding invoices – Total amount of unpaid invoices
  3. Active employees – How many team members are active or on-site today
  4. Tracked hours (CW) – Total working hours for your team in the current calendar week

KPI cards update automatically. You don't need to refresh the page manually.

Current orders

Below the KPIs you'll find a table of your active orders. Each row shows:

  • Order name – e.g. "Bathroom renovation"
  • Customer – The assigned customer
  • Construction site – The linked site
  • Status – Colour-coded status chip (Planned, In progress, Completed)
  • Progress – A visual progress bar

Click on a row to go directly to the order detail page.

The sidebar on the left is your main menu, organised into sections:

  • Overview – Dashboard
  • Management – Customers, Construction sites, Orders
  • Planning – Calendar, Time tracking
  • Finance – Invoices, Quotes
  • Team – Employees

In the top bar you'll find the global search (⌘K / Ctrl+K) and the notification bell for new events.

Journeyman dashboard

As a journeyman you'll see a simplified dashboard called My day:

  • Your orders for today
  • Your tracked working time
  • Direct links to time tracking and order details

You won't see financial KPIs or other employees' data.
