Meistify is your all-in-one software for trade businesses. Time tracking, invoicing, job management and team administration – all in one app.
This article shows you how to get started in just a few minutes.
No technical knowledge required. The onboarding assistant walks you through everything step by step.
1. Create your account
Go to meistify.app and click Try for free. All you need is your email address and a password. No credit card required.
2. Complete the onboarding assistant
After registration the onboarding assistant starts automatically. It guides you through 5 quick steps:
- Company details – Name, address, legal form
- Upload logo – Appears on invoices and quotes
- Payment terms – Payment deadline and bank details
- Tax information – VAT ID and tax number
- First employee – Optionally invite a team member right away
You can skip the onboarding assistant at any time and complete these details later in Settings.
3. Add your first customer
Go to Customers and click New Customer. You only need a company name and a city. All other fields are optional.
You can also import existing customers via CSV or Excel – learn more in Creating & importing customers.
4. Create your first construction site
Under Construction Sites you create your first job location. Link it to a customer and assign employees.
Create a separate construction site for each job location. This way you can track time, costs and progress per site.
5. Quote → Order → Invoice
The typical workflow in Meistify:
- Create a quote and send it to the customer
- Customer accepts → convert to order with 1 click
- Complete the work, track your hours
- Create an invoice – legally compliant, send as PDF
To ensure invoices contain all required fields, set up your company details and tax number in Settings first.
